Nudge a pull request

A "nudge" is an anonymous, one-time notification that reminds reviewers and authors to take action on a pull request.

The nudge is written automatically based on the current state of the pull request and the workflow step that it's in.

Nudging reviewers

When a nudge is sent during a "review" step, it will @mention the reviewers that are still pending.

Nudging authors

When a nudge is sent during any step that does not involve human review, then the author of the PR will be @mentioned.

Auto-nudge

Each workflow has the option to enable an auto-nudge. This is a one-time nudge that is sent when there has been no activity on a PR in a specified number of days.
